History of Isfahan Mobarakeh Stone Steel Company

The executive operation of the exploration and equipping plan of Isfahan Sang-e-Mahi limestone mining complex (special joint stock company) started in 1983 by the National Iranian Steel Company in Mahi-e-Mahi, located at 25 km of Mobarakeh-Borujen road and was finally completed in the first half of 1992.

The necessity of establishing this company was approved by the National Iranian Steel Company on February 11, 1991 and registered on May 6, 1992 in the Companies and Industrial Property Registration Office of Falavarjan city under No. 275 and under the supervision of the Board of Directors of the National Iranian Steel Company. / 7/1371 with the exploitation license No. 7208/70/18 from the Ministry of Mines and Metals began to be exploited. Based on the decision of the National Iranian Steel Company, all assets and liabilities of the exploration and equipping plan of the Sang-e-Mahi Sang-e-Mahi mineral complex in Isfahan were transferred to the mentioned company.

The ownership of this company was transferred to Social Security Investment Company on 25/5/1373 according to the affidavit No. 5282 dated 26/5/1373 in exchange for a part of the sale price of Kavian Steel shares in the amount of 25 billion Rials.

On 11/12/1388, 981747 shares of Tamin Cement Investment Company were transferred to Mobarakeh Steel Company of Isfahan, and thus the ownership of 98.2% of the company’s shares belongs to Mobarakeh Isfahan Steel Company.

In the production of steel in Mobarakeh Steel Company, 80% of the required lime is produced by Sang Steel Company, which will supply all the consumption of Mobarakeh Steel Lime with the completion and

 In 2012, more than 49,675 meters of drilling has been done in the mining sector, which has had the best performance with the facilities available in its type.

The extraction operations are carried out in three working steps and are equivalent to 1,200,000 tons of limestone, which has been delivered to the original crusher.

With the right planning, the company is ready to produce with more capacity to consume lime kilns and other customers.
